3.2 Subscription Billing

By purchasing a Subscription, You agree to pay the specified subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless You cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation must be done in accordance with Syzygy’s policies (e.g., via Your account settings or by emailing support@3yAlgo.com).

3.4 Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel Your Subscription at any time, but You will not receive any refund for the remaining period unless explicitly offered. Syzygy reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or if deemed necessary for security or other legitimate reasons.

4. Proprietary Information and Restrictions

4.1 Ownership

All content, algorithms, methodologies, and materials provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, data, compilations, and software (the “Content”) are the property of Syzygy or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws. No license or right to use any Content is granted to You, except as expressly stated in these Terms.

The trading alerts, market data, and algorithms provided by Syzygy (“Proprietary Information”) are strictly confidential. You agree:

Trading cryptocurrencies and other digital assets carries a high level of risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Syzygy makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any alerts or information provided.

5.3 Independent Judgment

You are solely responsible for Your trading or investment decisions. You should conduct independent research, due diligence, and/or consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
